Ment2PM provides online project management education and certification preparation courses, including PMP and CAPM exam prep programs ("Services"). Our courses are delivered in digital format and may include video lessons, downloadable materials, live sessions, and community access.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or enroll in any course. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

· Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize Ment2PM to charge the applicable fees to your credit or debit card. You agree that:
· Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been established
· You are responsible for any applicable taxes
· We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details on our servers
· Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of access to your course(s)
6. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your investment. Refund requests are handled as follows:
· Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of course content may be eligible for a full refund
· No refunds will be issued after 7 days or after 20% of the course has been completed
· Live coaching sessions and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our courses — including videos, slides, worksheets, written materials, and logos — is the exclusive property of Ment2PM and is protected by copyright law. You may not:
· Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission

· Use our content for commercial purposes or resale
Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and Services respectfully and lawfully. You may not:
· Post or share offensive, harassing, or defamatory content in any community forums or sessions
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or another user's account
· Engage in any conduct that disrupts the learning experience of other students
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ment2PM's courses are designed to prepare you for PMP and CAPM certification exams; however, we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Results vary based on individual effort, prior experience, and exam conditions. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ment2PM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of earnings, exam fees, or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course or service.
11. Privacy Policy
